The stages

What each stage involves

  1. Assess

    Understand current software costs, workarounds, workflow fit and missing capabilities. The Software Ownership Assessment takes about five minutes and returns one of four outcomes.

  2. Investigate

    If ownership looks promising, determine what should be owned, what should stay rented, what it would take to build, and the realistic economics.

  3. Build

    Design and develop the application around how your business actually works, rather than the way a generalized product expects it to.

  4. Migrate & integrate

    We can help migrate existing data into the new application using structured mapping and automated validation, with exceptions reviewed before cutover. Systems that should stay are connected, not replaced.

  5. Transfer & train

    The completed application, with its source code, database, configuration and deployment, is transferred into your own workspace. Your team is trained to modify and expand it using the same AI-assisted development environment. Magic Assembly stays available for future help when you want it, without an ongoing development relationship being required.
